Its excellent ease of use puts trixbox at the top of my list. The hybrid hosted approach is great for businesses that want to minimize management issues. Although this appliance’s standard feature set isn’t as quite as comprehensive as those of the trixbox or Digium, the Fonality trixbox Standard Edition delivers the basic features SMBs need at a relatively low price, and it’s easier to deploy, manage, and use.
